| Whether she is wearing a strapless,
halter, or an off-the-shoulder ensemble, every bride wants to look
extra fabulous when she walks proudly down the aisle. Unfortunately,
the life of planning a wedding often does not permit her to make
fitness a top priority. Between work, fittings, and meetings with
vendors, when does a bride-to-be have time to go to the gym? The
hassle-free solution to this problem is to weight train at home,
making fitness convenient and accessible. Yes, I said weight train.
Do not be afraid to lift weights; doing so will not bulk you up,
in spite of the well-touted myth. Think of weight training as burning
more calories during regular daily activities. Besides, the upper
body workout that your Louisville Wedding Planner personal trainer
has fashioned is not designed to add size. Instead, you’ll
find that with along with a few other factors, you can get the toned
arms you want in order to look fabulous in your strapless.
Ready ... Set … Goals!
The most important thing to do is set a goal. Of course your ultimate
goal is to be toned by your wedding day, but focus on short-term
goals which are easier to achieve. For instance, by the time you
send out invitations, set a goal to be up to twelve repetitions
on each exercise. By the day of your last fitting, plan to be at
fifteen repetitions at your goal weight. Allow six weeks to see
results for each goal that you set. Setting goals and meeting them
keeps you motivated, and motivation is a key ingredient to toning
up. |
